Steps to cancel a reservation as a host
Hi all,
I recently opened an account here at Booking to rent my apartment. I was already operating for a couple of years via AirBnb. During the account + listing creation I forgot to set minimum days of stay.
The result is that now I have a 1-day reservation which I want to cancel.
From what I searched online, it seems that reservations are automatic on Booking. Host has no control over it.
What are the proper steps to follow in order to cancel that reservation?
Maybe talk to the guest, explain what happened and ask him to initiate a cancel request?

EDIT: I ended up calling Booking and they said they will take care of it
no one here but us leprechauns , contact partner support.
