Still no code received after several tries

Hello,

We have 2 units online, 1 in Spain and 1 in Belgium. 

For the one in Belgium I am trying to get the code for months already now. I requested it already 4 times. It just doest come.

For the one in Spain I tried twice already.

Strange enough, our unit in Belgium is bookable and we had guests already.

Both addresses are verified and even the postmen are informed :-). I contacted booking already by online form , but no answer from them.

Could you help me out ? Thanks !
