Suspended my bookings?
I have just received an email informing me that they are undergoing a Quality Review Process on my property?
So far with the exception of 1 review they have all been either 9 or 10's with an average of 8.7. I joined bookings.com back in July, so far I haven't receied any payments as such so far, at the beginning of August they demanded I pay m July invoice for commission up-front for July bookings, as they haven't set up the direct debit on my bank account as yet for them to automatically take them from my account & Yet I filled all the relevant information out back when I set up the advert? I did pay the commission invoice up front well over a week ago. I received an email yesterday that they will now make me a payment on 19th August for previous bookings but today I now receive another email message saying that they have suspended my advert pending a Quality Review Process which can take upto 10 days and during that time they will not make any payments to me. I am a small business trying to get going again after the catastrphic effects of Covid on B & B's in the last year or so and this is how you get treated as a new customer. What a disgrace to a multi-national company like this. I have no idea of a telephone number where I can discuss this matter it just states go to local Partner services and refer to article 10.2 (V1) of their terms and conditions. Can anyone help as you can never get hold of anyone on the phone to discuss finance or complaints or anything. Julie - Picket Post House B & B. Garstang, Lancashire.
