I received this email today by what looks a suspension of my account. I'm not sure why as we have only just registered with booking.com. Having done a bit of research apparently we should have received a letter with a 6 digit code to confirm our verification. No letter has arrived. I've requested another copy of the letter. Is this why I've been suspended.
Already had one cancellation because they think we are closed.
Does anyone have a telephone number for booking.com so I can ring them.
This is very frustrating.

As per article 7.3c (iii) in your General Delivery Terms, during this verification process your property will not be open to receive new bookings. However, we kindly request that you honour all existing reservations.
Additionally, if you are using Payments by Booking.com, any pending payouts will not be released during this quality review process.
