You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this. While you sort out with help team make sure you go into your Calendar and set to Closed so you don't get any more bookings. You can use Bulk edit.

This is a classic thing with new registrations, close availability straight away, set status closed for each Room Type created.

When it comes to cancelling an unwanted guest or booking, you need to be aware of the BdC relocation policy.
i.e. if the guest complains to BdC or does not agree to being cancelled they will relocate them and then send you the bill in the Extranet Finance section.
My general procedure for dealing with this scenario is deal direct ly with the guest.
