Updated property photos online, but booking.com app shows old pics
Hello everyone,
A few days ago, I updated almost all the pictures of our property and rooms. On the booking.com website the new photos show as expected, but in the booking.com smartphone app, the old pictures still show. Basically, only the main picture is updated in the app. Can you tell me if we just have to wait for the update of the photos in the app or if there's another way to update these?

As far as I know, when I change my photos in my iphone they are automatically updated...
Maybe you should wait a few hours to see if something changes....
If not call your local booking.com local office to assist you.

It takes some time for all platforms to be updated once you make some changes on the Extranet. Soon your property photos will be updated in the app too.
