Uploading property

Hi all, I'm new to booking.com and have been using AirBnB up til now. I have 2 properties and managed to upload the first one no problem, however the second proeprty is at 99% complete, but when I click List your property it goes to a screen saying "You're nearly there" but just stays there for hours.......

I can;t seem to find anyway of speaking to anyone at Booking.com to get it sorted. I just wondered if any of you have experienced the same problem, or know how to contact them?? I have to say that the customer service on here is severely lacking compared to AirBnb.....

so just a few quick points and terminology:

 

CS Customer Services is the Guest Support team via the main website, only for guests.

 

BdC [booking.com] Partner Support is the support team for Partners, such as the account listing query you have.

 

Neither of those teams are on here, its only us and the community team.

 

Below is the succinct way for 3 method to contact them.

 

One of the problems with the documentation while it actually does cover all you need to get started , somethings become stale due to UI changes and wording.

 

This is why I write my own and include images and video 2gif images for HowTos ,and short step direct info.

 

Contact them as per below and come back and let us know how you get on.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
