Dear Expedia, All of the rates through the extranet marked “Not XML” are unmapped rates. Please have your booking.com market manager remove these rates completely from all room types and opt out of the Genius program to avoid any future rate parity. Thank you for your diligence in this issue. As well please inform us as soon as this has been resolved.

Hi Keila,
1. You are not talking top BdC support here, its Partners on the Partner Community, who primarily advise and assist.
2. All such chances must be done by your self.
3. Not XML mean you are using a channel momager to manage, and there are unmapped rates previously set.
4. You must open Extranet > Rate Plans and remove. Note if any existing future bookings are tied to a such a rate plan you wont be able to until the dates pass. In that case block all over dates on that plan to prevent new bookings.
5. Extranet Oporrtunities menu Genius, go to here and opt ot.
