Verification

I live in one country, my property is in another.  Having just joined Booking.com, I now find that a verification letter is being sent to the property abroad.  How am I supposed to deal with that?

  • next action phone partner support -see below.

no one here but us leprechauns , contact partner support.

  • Remember this Partner Hub is not a direct line to any support team.
  • So never post action requests here, nothing will come of it.
  • Always message or phone Partner Support directly instead. Method #4 Public Phone List

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

If you don’t have access to postal services or immediate access to the property that you’re listing on our platform, you’ll need to contact us so we can arrange an alternative way of verifying your address.

To find a dedicated phone number to call, log in to the extranet, click on Inbox and then click on Booking.com messages

This article here explains a little bit more about the verification process and don’t forget to have a read through our Hot Tip #1, that focuses on Location Verification.

I hope this helps.

All the Best,

Ivana
