trying to use my code to verify location , it says error now its code not recognised
,phoned booking.com twice and they stated to send message which i did one said that they had contacted the correct department to deal with issue and they should be in touch by email ,
this is now over a week ago and still not heard a thing from booking .com
how long does it take ?

tried phoning twice , got the same answer to message them and they will be in contact ,still no reply
I guess you have to just to wait and phone them again if nothing happens in the meantime.
