I have just joined Booking.com

I have just realized you have sent a code to the property. Unfortunately the property is located in a rural area in the Coast of Colombia and no Postal services are available in the area.

That is why we use a PO Box for mail and correspondance.

Can you please advise me what to do? or what other properties in the area with similar issues do?

Unless BdC agree you wont be able to.

They usually dont allow different addresses.

You will need to visit the PO Box if that is what you supplied for the verification process.
