Hi, I just joined Booking.com. I have read about verification code that will be sent by regular mail.

My question is, if I have not received any mail does it mean that my property cannot go live until I enter the code?

Happened to me. The code took weeks to come despite my chasing

You can go live and take a certain amount of bookings before they will demand the code. Hopefully it will arrive in time. Otherwise you can ask for a video call.
