I have been trying for days but I didn't receive email or mail about the verification code. Please help me out with it. It is seriously effecting my business a lot.

Have you try receive verification code via sms to your mobile number?
I have tried that too. But it didn't work out
I didn't get the option of getting the code on phone. Could you please hep me out with it? And please elaborate the procedure to me. Thanks
Then you need to call B.com support team to help you with login verification.
After you login, I suggest you to recheck your phone number in system by go to
Account then Security, then check your number in the list or add your new number.
I have tried out almost everything but again no response from the support team of Booking.com, other partners tried to help out for which I am thankful. Booking.com must help me out with verification code.

If you're still waiting for your code, send an email to email@example.com. It will create a ticket for our outbound team who specialises in making sure you're ready to take bookings. Make sure to include your phone number in the email since they'll need to call you.
Keep in mind that your verification code arrives via mail (not email). Depending on your location, this can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
