VERIFICATION CODE VIA POSTAL SERVICE
I'm a newbie here at booking.com and just finished creating my listings but not ready to accept bookings this month of June due to Covid-19 corona virus. Booking.com told me that they need to verify the address of the property by sending code via postal service. I think it's so inconvenient because I am not staying in the property. What shall I do? Is it easier to just directly talk to the guest in case they need to verify the property address? or is there any other way I can get the code like sending it to my email?
This seems to be a common problem here on the partner forum, trying to wait for the verification code. This isn't just about verifying the address to the guest but part of your setup. Contact the booking.com help team to find out if there is an alternative, use the Inbox icon on Extranet. Can you get a post redirect so that you get the mail?

I am at my property but have never received the letter and can't get through on the 'phone as they ask for the Pin!
