Waiting for my confirmation of location

I have received unique code for confirmation of location of my property 21 days ago by physical mail. Still I am unable to find the "confirm your location" option in the extranet home page to register the unique code. Please help me to find solution for this.

The customer care is not providing any positive update and ask me to wait until automatically pop up. I can not understand the system which they work for a long time?

Please enter our platform with your login and password and in the Home Page of the register id 8989765, there is a field for you to insert the PIN code. Please check out this article as well.
