This community of experts deserves a brand new space where share information, ask questions and help each other on a daily basis. We do understand how challenging is running a property and we believe that a strong business network can overcome these challenges.

This new space comes with a bunch of exciting new features that we’re confident will improve your journey on the platform. You’ll be able to ask a direct opinion to another partner by tagging them in your posts/comments generating dynamic conversations. Or adding hashtags to your posts will improve the search for existing content. Exciting right?

A new and improved layout will also give you access to Click Magazine, Blog, Partner Help, Partner Community and Commercial all under the same hub. You’ll be able to browse all the content across the new platform by just clicking on it.

It’s also possible to switch to the Italian Partner Community simply by clicking on the language drop down menu on the top right side of the main page.

You can get started by creating an account, uploading your profile photo and updating your property link.

Plenty of new functionalities to explore and use, we encourage you to share ideas in this open space, so remember to keep things friendly and considerate.

I am trying to put my properties on booking.com

I find the website very difficult to use.

There is no one to speak to unlike trip advisor

I am giving up!!

I am so desapointed with booking.com  

For my surprise the listing was closed and not bookable and as it was a duplicated listing booking.com send us a email change the property ownership to us. firsts a guests came to one of the property that we would manage. The rates were wrong and honor it 8 Euros for 3 nights stay. We tough booking.com would support us. It was our mistake they didn't i sent several messages and no reply came from the team. I had to manage to pay the difference for 3 nights stay to the property owner.

For our surprise this particular booking came through a close and not bookable listing. 

I did not only get a reply for the team but they also deleted all messages i've sent to them from the extranet inbox. Cheat cheat cheat......

Things start to get worst they sent an invoice charging a small fee for the booking. 

And a cortesy remind that invoice has not been paid so far.... I do have some screenshots but the messages were deleted by their team....

Dear Chantal, you have to send a message request through your Extranet inbox tab directly to BDC.

Eventually they will deactivate it.

I have created an account because I want to offer my taxi service under the listing "things to do" in Lima, Peru.

I saw that possibility on the help section before I signed, but now I don't see it anywhere.

Please help urgently!
