Why my listing is not visible?

There are few things you can check in order to understand why your property is not visible:

- check if the Calendar is opened and rates and availability are loaded

- check Home page: maybe your property location needs to be verified before going live - Verifying your property location

- check if any restrictions apply (e.g. minimum length of stay) - Setting up reservation restrictions

You can get in contact with our Partner Support. Please enter to extranet > Inbox > Booking.com messages > on your right hand side, there is a blue button Compose a message > select a relevant topic and subtopic.
