Would like cancel a booking made for two weeks over Xmas break.
Hi team. This is our first attempt at Air B&B accommodation and we listed the home for bookings at one low introductory rate assuming we would get some quick bookings and good reviews to work as a start with but what has happened is one clued up customer went months into the future and booked the whole Xmas holiday period which we had not made holiday rate adjustments to our calendar yet. Obviously was not the intention is not fair to us and there was also no deposit no cleaning fee etc. Your advice is very welcome!
