Wrong room availability on listing

I have indicated on my calendar that I have only one room available on certain dates; however, the listing says there are 2 rooms available. How do I correct this as it might cause an overbooking.

As only you can set the availability, your next step is to contact BdC Partner Support to assist, if you cannot find the configuration issue in the calendar settings.


This is a common issue, usually caused by a misconception of the calendar setup.


So here is what you could try first, is open the calendar in list view, choose one Room Type at a time and look for where the inventory count is 2 and update.


Bulk edit will also be useful for this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you so much. The details on the calendar are correct; however those on the listing are not. It seems very strange to me, as it makes me wonder what the purpose of the calendar is if it is not updating the listing.

  1. The listing is governed by the Extranet settings.
  2. on ocassion there can be a delay after setting a calendar and or promo config change.

BdC Partner Support via phone can usually spot the mistake and fix it quickly with you in tandem.
