Dear Booking Team,
I have just joined booking.com as a Partner, I have added my property, I have the following issues:
I didn't get my Code to confirm my location, it mentioned I will get it by Mail by December 13, 2019, Can you send it by email?
I made my availability from November 24, 2019 till March 31, 2020 but it shows no availability, Please help.
It is 5 stars apartment but I couldn't find how to make it, Please help.

Hello Sameh Anies! Thanks for posting in the Community. I think you will have to receive the confirmation code first. It is sent by mail and not email in order to confirm the address of the property.
