11 days and booking. Com,, haven't sorted my isue
I joined risk free reservations, and have several,, bookings between the 26 th too the 30 th, that over lap, and have been cancelled.. Booking. Com s system,, has shown, these bookings as cancelled under risk free. But when I click on too them, they say, availility removed,,,, I have not removed availability,,,,, it says if I want booking. Com to continue looking for a replacement please restor availility,, , I have not closed availability. Iv phoned booking. Com and emailed since the tenth, and this isuu is still not resolved, be ware people.. Last year they didn't pay out,, this year, they owe me me, for six nights at around £150 a night for six guests... Booking. Com,, needs too look at there system if not this is a con,, not risk free at all. Very angrey at this taking so long too rectify
Booking. Com say they understand my frustration.. And that they have contacted the relevant department,, and for me too wait another 48 hours... These are bookings,, that say they are covered by risk free,,,, I have, printed off these bookings,, as proof,,,,
If you had a restriction such as minimum stay more then 1 night, this could be the case. I am not sure but I think the minimum stay should be set to 1 night for BDC to search for replacement bookings.
Minimum stay 1 night,, for my properties,, this isn't the isue,, booking. Com, have today, 12 in too this admitted they have a problem in there system, were apparently some of the info on bookings isn't showing correctly.. So they have told me too call back on the 30 th,, I will keep you all posted,, there are 6 nights at, between £150 to £180 a night,, so £1000 of bookings, I'm concerned about,, this is my, buisness,, of 4 holiday let's.. And my Chrismas money on 1 that was booked and had my property blocked for quite some time befor cancelling,, so I realy don't want too be out of pocket.
Was booking canceled during your free cancelation period (based on your general policy)?
When your booking was canceled, could the potential new guest book your property for 1 night stay?
