About guest's comment

Dear colleagues,

Warmest greetings from Swissotel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty!

We received negative point about guest's stay. Guest gave us point 2, however he mentioned 10 points in all services and did not left any negative comments about his stay. 

We  suppose that point 2 for him is like "Good" according to foreign rating scale but for us point 2 is very bad. 

Can you please help with this issue as we are not agree of this point.

That sounds like the muppet failed to move the overall slider to the right.

Nothing is linked, ask the guestvto contact booking Cs team to fix it
