About our reply to a negative evaluation which is not approved yet
Dear Madam/Sir !
I gave replay to a negative evauation for our property signed by a tourist named *** . My answer it is not aproved yet and ,this make my upset
in this case our property will be damaged and our tourists desinformed by this person. After this negative evaluation 4 tourist canceled theirs bookings.
If we do not have the possibility to give our answer (reply) we'll think if is is oportun to continuue working with booking..com

you need to be careful and clever how you word a reply to just a feedback comment, as it can be prevented from being posted if BdC do not like your reply.
Just contact Partner Support , by phone if urgent.
