ABUSIVE IN MESSAGES VIA THE BOOKING
I have a booking that is asking for an unreasonable requests and have advised a solution to it which she did not want to take and then got rude. Booking.com wants to charge me for declining this person, so unacceptable, i have had enough of no support from booking.com. they don't really care about their clients
Are you serious even after reporting the booking, and BdC can see the messages they refuse to have your back?
That needs to be reported Communities Team
Why should partners take abuse even before they turn up and then expected to pay relocation charge ? I think not ,
To hell with that nonsense, , Haven , ring BdC support and ask to speak to a manager. escalation contact, dont let this stand.
