Account Manager Contact


The helpdesk in Poland has been avoiding responsibility for over a month and no one wants to help me change my company's details (bank account number and invoice details).
I currently have 5 properties online on booking.com
We have been cooperating with booking.com for several years.
We're going back to being "online" after the pandemic.
Due to tax changes - we've changed the form of business to a limited liability company.
Therefore, we also changed the bank account number.
I have been trying to update this data for over a month, but helpdesk keeps telling me that the manager of the facility will contact me.
And so my patience is tested week by week.
PLEASE help in this matter :)
