Apartment, how do I get my star rating.

Hello everyone,


unfortunately I have not found anything on the internet. How do I get the star rating for my apartment. Regardless of whether it is awarded by self-assessment or by Booking.com. Is this only possible once you have qualified for the Preferred Program or earlier?

why would an appartment have stars when thats for hotels ?


I vaguely remember someone else saying this, but its idiotic to give it to apartments, it should not be a thing.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Booking introduced this itself. Because many guests are looking for a certain number of stars and therefore apartments would not appear in the search results. Many apartments already have stars, but it is not yet clear how to get there.
