Click.Magazine is regularly posting fantastic articles to assist my growing and giving me much to think and for sure implementing in my daily running of my 4 bedroom guesthouse. I have now starting to make an effort to read up on these helpful articles as much as I can.
wonderful - not sure if all are aware of all these helpful topics listed as well as easy and quick to read. Have any of you read the blogs and articles? Would love to sign up to all the topics they have listed in the newsletter section. Any change Illaria they can just send all the details in one mail in stead of signing up for all on the list? then only receiving one e-mail instead of 8.
Please share what you have implemented from these insightful articles. For myself with no business background I love the tips on breakfast service, the basics for the rooms - that a guest must not want for anything in the room, eg all bathroom amenities needs to be spot on and exceed their expectations, and go beyond service excellence for effecient checking in and departure.
