Automatic emails

I've just been contacted by a guest to tell me the keycode didn't work. They had been given the wrong one in the automated email.


I can't find it to check that it is the right one, can anyone help me please?

Select the booking in extranet, look at the message you sent automatically. The templates can also be edited at this point.

If you cannot find said booking, use any booking and select the appropriate template to either use or edit, there you will able to see what you put as the code and edit it.
