Automatic replies

Dear Booking.com Team,

Can you please check about some autmatic reply settings on our profile ? We noticed a couple of days ago that when a guest sends a message via his booking he receives an automatic reply - this is not correct and we would like to disable this option. Can you please let us know how is this possible ?
