Booking holding my funds
I have a bed and breakfast and i have tried getting in contact with booking.com for months to get money that they are not paying out from guests who payed online.
Guests payed online.
We are unable to charge with virtual credit card since we only have izettle.
We have provided our bank details and a summary of the bookings in question.
I have on 3 occasion waited in line via phone for over 2 hours without success.
II have sent countless emails.
I am considering taking legal action.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
