Booking NO SHOW
Dear partner.
We have some problem with 2 booking in our property.
Guest name : *** ***
Booking ID : ***
Check in date : 06-12-20
Check out date : 12-12-20
** They booked 2 Standard Double Rooms
and they did not check in so,if we select (NO SHOW ) so, Booking.Com will charge commission or not ?

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
