Dear Booking.com, The guest is trying to cancel their booking. Please can you assist this guest with cancelling their booking. I have requested to cancel the booking on our Account but the guest needs to cancel it on their account but since they made the booking their phones and email addresses have changed and they cannot access the booking account pin details.
