Booking reference Number ***

Dear Booking.com, The guest is trying to cancel their booking. Please can you assist this guest with cancelling their booking. I have requested to cancel the booking on our Account but the guest needs to cancel it on their account but since they made the booking their phones and email addresses have changed and they cannot access the booking account pin details. Reminder : Never ... ever .... post cancellation or action requests on this forum.

Zero, nothing, nada, zilch,  will be done for you.

 

The correct way is to log a ticket using the message service in the Extranet > Inbox > Booking.com messages . see How To below. Then follow up with Phone call. Thanks

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
