Booking.cim arrogance

I have a humble prooerty owner and have partnered with booking..com to market my business. However even with the worst financial crisis in history we dont get any help from our partners. No reduction in their commissions? Without us they would be nothing. I am going to cancel this service if I don't get a response from the Ceo himself. Good luck you are just wasting my time.
