Booking.com quality review

Dear friends,

I received an email from noreply@booking.com today, saying that my property was selected for quality review and will be closed on Booking for 10 days during this evaluation. I first thought this was a spam, but then I realised my property is indeed not on Booking!  Let me note here, my property, Family House, has a 10 review rating from 23 guests and is top rated property in Star Dojran, North Macedonia. We opened just this May for business, although on  Booking we exist since January.   I have no pending invoices, page score is 100%, response to guests messages is in a matter of minutes, and I still get closed on Booking in the middle of the summer season for 10 days. I have few other properties listed on Booking, but this is the first time  this has happened. I kindly ask for any advice,  as I find this very, very problematic.

That does sound suspicious and completely retarded if it is indeed a BdC process.


Some days BdC really do not do themselves any favours with these weird nonsensical policies, that piss off their partners and potentially loose new partners over frivilous nonsense.


Here is what I would do next, simply phone them asap and find out if this is even real.


Assuming it is then ask, calmly , what can you do to expedite it.


THen come back and let us know : if its real, how long  for and what can be done to expedite ,so others can prepare for it.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Dear Brook Ave, big thanks for this  I am trying to call, but so far unsuccessfully. I did, however, get a reply to my message to them. This is what they said:

Dear partner,

Thank you for contacting us,

We understand your disappointment, apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and we appreciate your understanding in the matter.

We want to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are always looking for ways to better our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process.

Please be aware that your property is under a quality review, please be patient, we will get back to you once we finich our investigation.

Should you need help in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us directly, as we will be very happy to assist you with anything you need".

It does sound like a poorly adjusted template, doesn't it? If you wish to take a look at the property in question, please search for Family House in Star Dojran, it is closed thanks to booking.com, but you can still see the photos, and most importantly, my guests' reviews.
