Booking.com quality review
I received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org today, saying that my property was selected for quality review and will be closed on Booking for 10 days during this evaluation. I first thought this was a spam, but then I realised my property is indeed not on Booking! Let me note here, my property, Family House, has a 10 review rating from 23 guests and is top rated property in Star Dojran, North Macedonia. We opened just this May for business, although on Booking we exist since January. I have no pending invoices, page score is 100%, response to guests messages is in a matter of minutes, and I still get closed on Booking in the middle of the summer season for 10 days. I have few other properties listed on Booking, but this is the first time this has happened. I kindly ask for any advice, as I find this very, very problematic.
