Booking.com reviews

i am requesting that booking.com overhaul the review system.  - administrator - please allow. 

We recently had a guest that used a siska and there has been a bad smell left in the apartment that has taken 2-3 days to get the smell out.  The ash and the powder was thrown in the sink, and the smell went though the heating vents.  We reported the guest for misconduct for breach of numerous house rules including not leaving the place clean, and the smell from the smoke and the ash, to name a few.  After we reported the guest he gave us a score review of 1 out of 10.  This is a vexatious review. We have gone from 8.9 to 7.9.  this is not fair.  we were intimated by the guest when he booked, he did not want to give us other ID of the other guests arriving before him and he wanted the access code, we said no.  he threatened us to report us to booking.com.  He breached the house rules more than 10 times. We were called a racist, and idiot and a liar by the guest. its all on booking.com. such behaviour will not be tolerated.  We caught the guest breaching rules like leaving the lights and gas heater on when not home - its against our rules that he signed.   so we ask booking.com to please overhaul the request review rules.

I would also like the review system to be reviewed, it’s unjust and totally one sided to that of the guest.  Hosts should be treated with far more respect, after all, it’s our properties that bring in your profit!

i don't understand it either -   vexatious reviews and scores should be looked at.   we got a score of 1 when after we reported a guest for misconduct.  his report shoes "no misconducts reported"....which is false

update - 4 days since guest left -= we cannot get the smell out of the apartment.
