Booking.com scam
Every day for the last 4 days you keep booking fraudulent room blocks for my hotel to try and charge me commissions. I am fed up! I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint as well as filed a complete with the State Attorney Generals Office. you should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to rip off small businesses like this. What a pathetic excuse for a business you are.
Hi Josh
Sounds like you are reading way too much into it.
Booking.com are not making bookings, guests are.
Commissions only apply after checkouts.
I get the feeling there is a lot more to this, missing .you have not shared.
I get that you were wound up at the time of writing , but if you can take a moment to rewrite in a clam manner to see what is missing.
That would help explain how you got to this point and the actions you took.
Note: BdC nor management will never see this post.
Remember its a partner community.
Kind Regards.
You would be better off messaging the Finance Team.

I assure you they are not guest reservations. Its always the same, A reservation for 9 rooms for 2 nights will come in, under different names every time, with no contact information. The guests are always from the UK. There is no Credit Card information on file, and even when I process them as no shows and waive any cancellation fees, they still show up on my invoice at the end of the month, and Several times Booking.com finance department has refused to remove them. At first they were doing it twice a month. Always on a Friday evening, the first week of the month, and then again the last friday of the month. After I raised hell with booking.com several times, they finally stopped, but then as soon as bookings began to decrease from this CoronaVirus situation, they started again. But this time they were doing it every single day for a week. I have contacted them, although it wasnt easy, as there is no number or way to contact them in my extranet inbox as they claim. But the Reservations continued until I posted this.
Dear Josh Large, we are really sorry to hear about your struggles.
If you experiencing issues with guests that you think are fraudulent you can contact our customer support in order to assist with the reservations that you already have. Please note that if you mark the guest as a no-show no commission will be charged.
For future reference, we will advise you to set up firmer policies and payment methods in order to avoid these situations.
