Hi Time Capsule Retreat
When only using one OTA, under calendar, list view, you have a Sync Calendar option.
This brings up the setup window.
Note :this is only visible if you only have a quantity of 1 room per room type setup.
If not create new rooms and reduce the count to 1 each. Then this will be available per room .
Otherwise a channel manager 3rd party web based app is required.
Kind Regards
Hello.
I've read this and don't understand it. I need to export my calendar and can find no ical url.
Paul.

Erm yes. Like I said down there :
On the room details page, there is one room and it says underneath:
Occupancy: 4 adults
Number of this type: 1
I think I see now, it only works if one is tied to BC, ie; no channel manager.
no
ical sync is only available on BdC if the room count for a room type =1. only.
However having said that , it is not automated nor instant, its manual only.
THe best solution is to sign up for a free or paid Channel Manager service.
e.g. nobeds versus cloudbeds
Kind Regards
Cheers. I don't know what room counts and room types are. I just have a little house.
I was looking at using an outfit called partee to manage checkins and they have an import calendar function. I use freetobook as a channel manager and their ical is dreadful. It just lists dates unavailable. No booking details at all. They tell me that the BC ical works just fine, but in the forums I get the impression that it's worthless.
Freetobook is the channel manager which actually creates the bookings on behalf of BC.BC gets rates and availability from them.
On the room details page, there is one room and it says underneath:
Occupancy: 4 adults
Number of this type: 1
I'm going to have to enter the BC bookings by hand. Ah well...
