Hi
I have guest *** who didnt want the romm which they have booked because
they meant the information about the room didn´t match .
So they left and wanted to have it cancelled so I cancelled it and didnt get any paymant.
You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this as it will depend on your cancellation policy and how you are getting paid, which we don't know.
