Cancel a reservation


A client just book my house which is already booked via another website but I never managed to synchronise the calendar between booking and the other one so I didn't have the time to close the dates here !!! This is the 1st time I rent my house so I am new in the business!!

Now I have 2 bookings for the same date which is obviously not possible. I spoke to the client and he said he doesn't want to cancel the reservation, he wants to see with booking.com if they can find a solution for him...

I don't know what I can do !!!

  1. get a channel manager to prevent this
  2. e.g. hosthub
  3. contact the guest to change dates or cancel
