Dear all, how do I cancel a booking? I can't find anything with reference to that on pulse. My apartment is being used by my family and I forgot to update the calendar.

According to the Booking,com website, you cannot cancel a reservation already made by the paying guest.
My suggestion is to send a Booking,com e-mail message to the guest and ask them to cancel their reservation themselves. Politely explain the circumstances and maybe they will comply.
