Cancellation request of réservation from 2/08 to 5/08

The apartment is not available from August 2 August 5 so I would like cancel the client's reservation.

The apartment, she is already occupied. I forgot close the dates.

This is not the right place for reservation specific requests, you will need to contact the customer support team directly and urgently given the check in date is today.  

 

Sign into the extranet, and select Inbox > Booking.com messages. You may see a contact number for support listed on the right hand side of the page. 

 

Alternatively, this page lists support numbers by country.
