Cancelling listing

I need to de-list my property as we have decided to sell. How do I go about this?

Hi Kelly, 

 

In order to close your listing, you will need to follow the below steps:

  1. Log into the extranet and go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. On the right side, click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Select Account -> Other
  5. At the bottom of this section, select See all contact options, and select Message or Call. Make sure that you select Terminate contract as the topic. 

 

If the new owners would like to list on Booking.com, they will need to go through a Change Of Ownership. 

 

You will need to contact us via the Inbox tab and let us know the following information:

  • Date the new owners will take over;
  • Their name and email address; and
  • New owner's telephone contact numbers.
