Cannot clear unanswered message
Hello all
I have an unanswered message - only it isn't. I did answered it, but somehow it is stuck and now I cannot even send a new answer to the guest.
I wonder if anybody else has had this problem.

Yes I saw that on pulse app. It then persisted on web.
Then found out it was because it was more than 7 days after checkout.
