Combining Villa Offering with NEW Sailing Adventure

Having been with Booking.com for a number of years with our villas on Bali I'm thinking of offering a 10/14 day luxury villa holiday combined with a 3/5 day sailing holiday of the Dragon islands Komodo and I'm not sure how to go about it or whether it's even a good idea. Synergies are: flexible sailing window (weather/flights/bookings) and increased villa attractiveness and fuller usage of facilities (cars/staff/villas/boats/etc.)

Any help or advise would be gratefully digested
