Commission

Is it right that booking.com can take your money by mistake,but instead of refunding you they give you a credit note?.I has a cancelled booking on my non refundable property,which I lost the case with NO help from booking .com. . Showed all proof of losing the case,but they still went ahead and took the commission.

That does sounds weird, but I suspect theres more to this, than both of us know.

 

Once a stay is marked or reported as cancelled or  no show, if it was prepaid, then you are being paid and therefore a commission applies.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
