We get the complaint via email, when replying back to the Extranet is impossible to get a reply or find an easy way to reply to the complaint received.

Dear Booking.com customer service team,


  • Nope that is not a thing here. never has been. and remember CS team is on main website and only used by guests. Not for partners.


they started complaining and threatening that they had a lot of followers on social media and they either they got their money back or that they were going to talk about the hotel on their social media platform,


  • Ignore them, people like that deserve the worse experience #AgentofKarma


 no one here but us leprechauns , contact partner support.
