Contacting Booking.com as a partner

I agree with the OUTRAGIOUS person, its very hard to contact you. I want to answer a guest question and the site will not let me.

Hi all,

Welcome to the Partner Hub Community, addressing only partners, not the BdC support team, who do are not active here.


  1. Guest Messages are via the reservation page or Inbox on Extranet. Do you not have access to the Extranet, Forgot password etc?


  2. Contacting BdC support Team . This has not changed, its still via the Extranet. See guide :

    Contact BdC- Location of Partner Only Phone number and Message methods

  3. Contacting Guest, site will not let me.
    More than 7 days after checkout you cannot unless you made a note of their phone number.
