Contract Terminated on Suspicion
I had been partners with booking.com for last three years, I am running a hotel and my staff is taking care of it. Last month I was informed by a member of our staff that our contract has been terminated on a suspicion that we have either modified bookings or advised a client to book directly with us. I made my own investigations and could not find anything suspicious, I even asked booking.com to provide us with an evidence of any of such incidents so that I may take some strict action against the one who was involved in any such practice. Nothing has been provided to me by booking.com and my property is still offline. I want to bring into your information that we are amongst top hotels in our area, guests coming to us are satisfied most of the times, as evident from their reviews. I being an owner of a property there request that the termination on our property should be repealed and any evidence should be provided so that I may take some action against a wrongdoer and this kind of practice does not happen in future. So far I do not have any evidence to take any action.
