Convenience in getting management and reporting data

Dear all,

I am a host, having two facilities which I rent out.

Each year I have to pay TOURIST taxes to the local government and VAT taxes to the central government. Also I want to administrate my rental  business in an administration in order to keep track of my performance.

In order to have a full insight in this I need following data, preferable on a year basis in one (CSV) sheet:

  • Date,
  • Type,
  • Booking Code,
  • Start Date,
  • Number of Nights (or end date)
  • Guest name
  • Place of living of guest (is obligator for the tourist taxes, demanded by the local government).
  • Number of guests (is obligator for the tourist taxes, demanded by the local government).
  • Amount Paid Out,
  • Host Fee,
  • Cleaning Fee,
  • Gross Earnings
  • Reference number used on bank payment (so I can match the bank payment with the confirmation).

What are the possibilities for this?

Kind greetings Niek Govers

Hi Niek,

The simple straight answer is zero chance.

You will need to do it yourself.

You will only get some of that from the Finance menu statements and invoices , some are csv and pdf and others pdf only.

you can also export via the reservation list page, set a date range.

Reminder you cannot post actions requests or any action request on here.

Thank you for your answer.

This is a very disappointing situation.

All the more so because the fee that Booking.com asks is quite high.

They can do quite a bit more in return for that.

Is there a way for escalation?
