Currently it is fine and was fine this morning for me also.
usually 404 indicates a malformed URL to a page that either does not exist or no longer exists.
I suspect you clicked on a history link that had parameters suffixed on .
The best way to save a bookmark or favorite for your browser is to save this :
https://admin.booking.com
That's all you need to remember , the https:// and those 3 words.
